The premise of the show was that it focused on 10 contestants who traveled across America with a large amount of money and tried to help people in unique ways. They participated in a series of challenges in order to become America's greatest unknown philanthropist. They would be judged after each episode and the winner would receive $1 million dollars which would be dispersed in a way that they would receive $500,000 for themselves and give away $500,000 to others.
