The Oprah Winfrey Show has stayed popular for two reasons. One is that no one can deny her true compassion she has for people and the other is that she constantly features episodes on relevant and interesting topics. Many Oprah Winfrey Show topics center around religion and God. While I could care less about what one person believes apparently the evangelical supporters only believe in one way of doing things and they do not like what Oprah has said about her religious beliefs leading them to collaborate in a nationwide publication effort to thwart her open views.

23 evangelical newspapers ran an article called Oprah’s God that attacked her for not following the rules of biblical Christianity. Who cares, right? Not the case for these religious nuts who have featured one of her most infamous quotes (in their minds) from the Oprah Winfrey Show, “There are many paths to God (kansascity.com).”

While you and me consider this a logical and well minded answer it pushed the Evangelical society to write a country wide attack on Oprah. The clip above makes me sick and shows how close minded fanatics can be.
