She's the queen of talk shows and deserves it.  Who doesn't love Oprah.  She has a heart bigger than her success and wants to give it all to the public. She has done so much good and plans to continue doing so much good.  Read the Oprah Winfrey biography and be inspired.  Success like Oprah's was hard won.  We all admire how graciously she presents it.  The Oprah Winfrey Show set precedence for all talk shows that followed her show.  Why not?  The Oprah Winfrey Show remains number one.  She had the courage to bring attention to some of the most controversial and painful subjects to the public. She brought the issues of child abuse, spousal abuse, dysfunctional families. She shared the grief families suffer because of these situations with the whole world.  

Because of those Oprah shows many positive programs were launched to bring help to families that found themselves in similar problems. There is no way to count and measure the millions of people the Oprah Winfrey Show has helped.  She simply persists in her efforts and the by products are nothing but good.
